Regional E-Book & Audiobook Download System (R.E.A.D.S.)
Registered patrons now have access to a new FREE service of downloading e-books and electronic audiobooks (digital versions of print versions). Both kinds of digital books can be downloaded to your computer and used offline. Some can even be transferred to portable devices, or even burned to a CD. Best of all digital books are automatically returned, so there are never late fees or trips to the library.
All you need to access these digital books are:
- A valid library card.
- Brief access to the Internet (at home, work or school).
- Free software for the device on which you wish to use your digital book (software available for download from the R.E.A.D.S. website).
