The Tennessee Electronic Library (TEL) is a virtual library that provides free resources to Tennessee residents. TEL offers access to over 400,000 electronic resources, including magazines, scholarly journals, podcasts, videos, e-books, test preparation materials, and federal census records.

Etowah Carnegie Library provides free access to Tennessee R.E.A.D.S., which stands for "Regional eBook and Audiobook Download System".
R.E.A.D.S. is a digital collection of over 30,000 downloadable e-books, audiobooks, and video streams. There are titles available for adults, kids, and teens. If you have a library card with us, you can sign up for free on the R.E.A.D.S. website. You can also access the R.E.A.D.S. collection through Libby, which is a mobile application for android and iPhone.
