Driver Service Center Kiosk

Etowah Carnegie Library provides access to a self-service kiosk during open hours.  The kiosk is located downstairs, just inside the accessible entrance. The kiosk offers the following services:

• Renew Driver License or Photo ID

• Duplicate (Replacement) License or Photo ID

• Address Change

• Advance to a GDL Intermediate Unrestricted License

• Pay Reinstatement Fees

• Request a REAL ID

Please note that you cannot renew your vehicle registration (tags) at the kiosk. The kiosk accepts payment by card only. For more information, please see the Driver Services website. 

Exam Proctoring

We offer proctoring for the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) Boating Safety Exam. The exam is online and administered by appointment only. Please call the library for more information.

Voter Registration & Tax Documents

Etowah Carnegie Library provides common tax documents and voter registration forms. These documents are free for library visitors to take. Our staff are not tax professionals and cannot help you fill out these forms, but we would be happy to connect you with someone who can. Please call the library for more information.
